On a Mission to Take Care of Laundry
Doing laundry is a chore, but we want to make it feel a little easier. We started Suds Room (formerly Portsmouth Laundry) to give the Seacoast community a welcoming, safe environment to get laundry done with options like “the flip” and wash/dry/fold that make it even faster and easier.
We want everyone who walks into Suds Room to feel welcome and comfortable, which is why we’ve put a better spin on laundry.

After years in corporate America, we decided to do something different. We were really interested in owning a business in a tight-knit community that people rely on for their everyday lives, and the former Portsmouth Laundry proved to be a perfect option for us.
We have a good eye for detail and styling and wanted to create stronger ties to the Seacoast community through this business. With Suds Room, we were also able to create a safe, welcoming place for people to do their laundry, which is incredibly important to us. We can’t wait to see you in the laundromat!
